Schaghticoke Indian Alan Russell is contemplative about his life on the reservation in Kent. His guitars, dogs and cigarettes are faithful companions and old habits. These are the comforts of home on the reservation where this Indian boy played, hunted, fished and grew to become Chief Gray Fox. Russell wants to preserve the natural wildness of this small piece of rocky, hidden land. He's not in favor of a casino here, but he's also just tired of being poor.
